What deletion removes
- Your sign-in. You will no longer be able to log in to the app.
- Your ID photo. Permanently deleted from storage.
- Your digital student ID. It stops working immediately at the front desk.
- Notifications. Your device is unregistered and you stop receiving announcements.
What deletion does not remove
Your student record is retained. Your name, student number, program, campus, enrolment status, course results, attendance and payment history are part of your education file at MCG Career College. The college is required to keep them, and the app only ever displayed a copy — it never owned them.
Deleting your app account does not withdraw you from your program, cancel fees you owe, or change your academic record. If you want to withdraw, speak to your campus front desk or the registrar.
How to request deletion
Email info@mcgcollege.com from the address on your student record, or call (888) 261-8999, and ask for your MCG Student app account to be deleted. Include your full name and student number so staff can find your record.
You can also ask in person at any campus front desk with photo identification.
How long it takes
Requests are actioned within 30 days. Your sign-in and photo are usually removed within a few business days. We will confirm by email once it is done.
